Delivery & returns
Clouds9000 relies on Bpost, courier services and specialised transporters to ship all orders.
Deliveries are done on working days during regular business hours; not on holidays.
All orders can also be picked up in the shop during opening hours.
For all goods below 30kg (and with Bpost’s official measurements) we work with Bpost. If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped the next working day. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 (for Belgium 1-2 working days), depending on the country of delivery. Outside Europe deliveries may take up to 14 working days.
* Courier services
Heavy or fragile items or items that exceed Bpost's offical measurments will be delivered by courier service, such as UPS, FedEx and DHL.
* Specialised transport
Big goods, furniture and tiles will be delivered by specialised transport. These are automatically groundfloor deliveries, which means only one person will perform the unloading. It is possible that you will be asked to give the transporter a hand. You can request to deliver to another floor or to install your order, but then there will be extra delivery costs. Please contact our customer service in order to get the costs of this type of delivery. The transporter will contact you to arrange the time of delivery when your order is ready.

Products may only be returned with prior authorisation from Clouds9000. After sending us a notification by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, goods can be returned within 14 working days after the official date of delivery.
You can either deposit the goods in the original state, undamaged and original packaging in our shop for free or return them by mail at your own expense, to Clouds9000, Dendermondsesteenweg 104 - 9000 Gent - Belgium. Please add the original invoice to the package.
We advise you to make use of the system of “assured delivery”.
After receiving the goods in the original state, you will be reimbursed immediately.
Instead of being reimbursed you can opt for a credit voucher of the amount due increased by €5. You will then receive a discount code which you can use when you place your next order.
