This timeless pendant 'Model 2065' is designed by Gino Sarfatti in 1950 and emphasizes the experimental and innovative approach of the designer. In the decade Sarfatti drew this classic, most lamps were made out of porcelain, glass or metal. With this pendant, he was one of the first ever to use plexiglass, a kind of plastic.
In 2016 Astep, a Danish label with Italian roots, improved the design and manufactured it again. They added soothing dimmers and a black soft-touch coating option. What not to like?
The lamp is available in 3 different finishes: white diffusers with black or white wiring or white and black diffusers with black wiring.
Bulbs are included.
