Anne Masson and Eric Chevalier are both trained in textile design and have collaborated since 2006. They experiment with materials and explore different levels of working on the design of textiles. Yarn, pattern, structure, texture and shape are the subjects of their explorations. The designers mostly deal with knitted structures and processes that reveal unexpected views of materials. They often use craft-related processes, combined with industrial implementation. Anne and Eric create self made products as well as projects associated with other designers, architects, choreographers or fashion designers. Chevalier Masson questions textile in different contexts and the objects relate strongly to intimate and collective issues.
